Is this a diagnosis?▾
No. Parh is a screening tool, not a medical diagnosis. It helps identify areas worth a closer look, and — where relevant — points you toward a licensed professional for a full evaluation.
How long does the whole process take?▾
The questionnaire itself takes about 10–15 minutes. A practitioner typically reaches out within a few days to review your answers together, and your report is ready as soon as that conversation happens.
Does it really cost nothing?▾
Yes. Parh is a nonprofit initiative of the Ignite the Spark Foundation. The screening and report are free, with no hidden payment step. If you later choose to book a paid therapy session through our network, that's a separate, optional choice.
Who sees my answers?▾
Only the Parh team reviewing your case. We don't sell or share your family's information, and if you're referred to a therapist, that's only shared with your permission.
What if I'm not in Pakistan?▾
You're welcome to complete the screening from anywhere. Our practitioner review and therapist network are currently strongest in Pakistan, but we'll do our best to point you in the right direction wherever you are.
